There's a dopey anti-gun blogger out there named 'Mikeb' who runs an anti-gun website called 'Mikeb302000', charmingly enough, who doesn't understand this diagram.
Backstory: in Mikeb's pathetic blog he will steadfastly attack gun bloggers for any sorts for things he deems gun bloggers do that he thinks is 'inappropriate'. No only does he blog against our actually owning, using and possessing for self-defense said guns, but he attacks our blogs that defend our rights to own, possess, and use guns. And, as if that were not enough to keep his tiny mind occupied, he obviously thinks that anyone who owns guns cannot also ever use, possess, or blog about alcohol. His arguments are as skunky as a 6-month old Budweiser.
In this post he attacks gun blogger breda for actually posting of her enjoyment for some nice beers...
Alcohol and guns are about the worst combination imaginable. What could possibly motivate a gun blogger to post about drinking alcohol? Breda's done it, and she's not the first that I've seen and I'm sure she won't be the last.What a pusillanimous position to take! Several commenters, myself included, tried to school him. I created the diagram above to help him take the mental leap he needed.
I don't want to exaggerate the offense, describing it in the strongest language I can muster. That's what the pro-gun crowd likes to do. I'll just say it's shabby and irresponsible. Shame on you Breda, and shame on all your fanboys who support you in this. I'd bet not one of them would have the balls or the honesty to take you to task for this.

I'm not gonna even comment on it because if I say something serious like pointing out that the top two circles do not overlap and he comes back with the whole thing was a joke, I'll look pretty silly.Oh, my. The dumbth, it is deep surrounding this one.
But, what do you think? Perhaps the maestro himself could explain, you know, to help those with a "fierce and tiny mind."

A little 'Inside Baseball' from Sean at An NC Gunblogger yields this info on 'Jadegold', the co-blogger mentioned above...
Jadegold is a particularly nasty anti-gun troll named Guy Cabot who hails from Fort Washington MD.Cabot, eh?
He has a nasaty habit of personally attacking and "outing" any pro-gun blogger he crosses paths with. He's also a pathological liar.
Maybe I should reverse the two in the cartoon above. Mikeb can be the swinging, flea-scritching monkey, and Cabot the jerkyboy with the Fwench painter's hat.

ReplyDeleteWe actually know all their real names. One thing that was pointed out to me is that pro-rights bloggers have get togethers, blog-shoots, picnics etc. The antis avoid each other like the plague. MikeB lives in Italy. When he visited New Jersey, he was less than three hours away from Jadegold's house. They never met each other even though they are co-bloggers. Even they dislike each other.
The other thing is, since they seem to like to "out" gun bloggers by posting real names, addresses and phone numbers, they themselves cannot do anything online except be trolls. They cannot have facebook profiles in their real names. They cannot have online photo galleries. Nothing. By their actions they have isolated themselves. It'd be really sad if it wasn't such poetic justice.
Dumbth Mikeb lives in Italy? Of what concern are the U.S. gun laws to him then?

I've a concealed carry permit here in Tennessee (works in NC as well; I visited your fair state just a couple weeks ago). Our local rag, The Tennessean, published all the names and addys of CCP holders a couple years ago, just because they could, and because they hate us and wanted to act spitefully. What they also managed to do was to give our addresses to thieves, possibly setting up gun thefts and the victimization of our families. Seems these sorts, lefty newspaper editors and anti-gun trolls, are guilty of the same thing. If their motives were to ideologically push to keep guns out of the hands of criminals, by outing gun owners they risk exactly the opposite.
A pox on all of 'em, really.
